Find the Best Books at the Library A Hint for the Avid Library Dweller I found out this useful hint while I was talking to a librarian. Her opinion was that the best way to find the good books is to scan the trollies where returned books are stored ready to go back to the shelves. These are the books that people have actually read and you are more likely to get a better kind of book from this limited source. It saves searching all the shelves, you don't have to walk so far, thus you have more time for reading. What more could a reader ask for, except a trim milk latte or cappuccino to go with the book (I love our library it has an excellent coffee shop). Over the years I have told many people this hint and they have found it useful. However, be warned. If you are an iconoclastic, curmudgeonly, misognyistic person with an interest in Attic Goat rearing practices in Southern Italy during colonization, you may not ne so lucky. Peace DK
